1. Legal Information

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed on the 3DPixelProps website.

2. Products

3DPixelProps offers:

  • standard 3D prints,

  • personalized and custom-made creations.

The essential characteristics of the products are described on each product page.
Product visuals are non-contractual and may show slight variations (particularly in color or finish) due to the 3D printing process.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€).

As a sole proprietor, VAT is not applicable – Article 293B of the French General Tax Code (if applicable).

Shipping costs are indicated before order validation.

3DPixelProps reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without retroactive effect.

4. Orders

Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

An order is considered final after:

  • cart validation,

  • acceptance of the Terms and Conditions,

  • full payment.

For custom-made creations, no modification or cancellation is possible after order validation.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering.

Accepted payment methods:

  • Credit/debit card

  • Shopify Payments

  • PayPal

  • Any other payment method offered on the website

Transactions are secured by Shopify and its payment partners.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on:

  • product type (standard or custom),

  • order volume,

  • carrier.

3DPixelProps cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, applicable only to non-personalized products.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Custom and Personalized Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes in particular:

  • personalized 3D prints,

  • creations made from files provided by the customer,

  • specific dimensions, shapes, or requested modifications.

9. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

If a defective or non-conforming product is received, the customer must contact 3DPixelProps within 48 hours of receipt, with supporting photos.

An appropriate solution will be offered (replacement or refund), and return costs will be covered by 3DPixelProps.

10. Liability

3DPixelProps shall not be held liable for damages resulting from:

  • improper use of the product,

  • modification of the product by the customer,

  • use not in accordance with its intended purpose.

3D prints may present slight imperfections inherent to the manufacturing process.

11. Personal Data

Personal data collected is used solely for order processing and customer relationship management.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, the customer is invited to contact 3DPixelProps to seek an amicable resolution.

In accordance with European regulations, the customer may also use the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
