Return and Refund Policy

🔁 Returns – Standard Products

In accordance with applicable legislation (Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code), you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal for non-customized products.

To request a return, please contact us by email and include:

• your order number,

• the product(s) concerned.

Products must be returned:

• in their original condition, unused,

• with their original packaging.

⚠️ Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

💸 Refunds

Once the return has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days, using the original payment method.

Initial shipping costs are not refundable.

Any item returned incomplete, damaged, or used will not be eligible for a refund.

⚠️ Defective products or error on our part

If you receive a product that is:

• defective,

• damaged,

• or not in accordance with your order,

please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide supporting photos.

In this case, 3DPixelProps will cover the return shipping costs and offer a replacement or a refund.

🚫 Custom and personalized creations

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, personalized or custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded.

This includes in particular:

• 3D prints made according to specific dimensions,

• personalized models,

• prints made from files provided by the customer,

• any modification requested after order validation.
